We endeavour to photograph and describe all items accurately. Please look carefully at the item description and images. Please also keep in mind that you are buying authentic vintage items and antiques, they will show wear and signs of age.
However, we want all customers to be delighted with their purchases. If you feel that we have misrepresented the item/s you have thirty (30) days from the day of purchase to return item/s to us in the exact same condition and we will refund the cost of the purchase price in full. Customers are required to pay for shipping costs both ways.
If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us via email including clear photos of the damaged item. We will issue you a full refund.
Shipping
Within Australia, items are posted using Australia Post. Parcels are usually delivered within 1 – 5 business days.
All shipping costs vary based on the total weight of your purchased item/s. Our online shop automatically calculates the total weight of your purchased item/s and determines the shipping cost based on your location.
In the unlikely event that the calculated shipping cost is less than the actual amount, we will refund you any difference >$2.00AU and notify you accordingly.
